Of course this would be a rare event. I just enjoy myself with breaking things, and criti... ehm ... "giving feedback" to the developer.

Edit: Onliner for sleep: "I can't believe I survied six goblin attacks and a blue slime! ..." The text is more suited for RPG night, I would think.
jack1974
Haha np, is good to test all the cases.

But I do not get any status changes for Rakesh. (still 0.8.3) games/scenes3_edit.rpy 2079 resp. 2091: both paths do not change relationship with Rakesh. Will send save.

Regarding the "relationship doesn't increase", there is no bug, at least from the code. In week17 Saturday, both choices with Rakesh don't increase/decrease the relationship, instead they change another hidden variable that has an impact in the game ending texts with Rakesh. I've asked the writer if is OK just to be sure, but I don't think should be a problem. I understand though that could cause confusion on players since usually picking a choice increases the relationship :)

Edit: Just noticed: On the Relationship page, my relationship with Isabella is 100/99. Better might be 100/100

Edit2: games/scenes3_edit.rpy 2191 Text says "I call up Carmen and 20 minutes later she is in my room" but background switches to cafe.

Edit3: games/scenes3_edit.rpy 1621 sequence does not lead to an event (possibly because I went the "plan party" route?)

Edit4: Is Rakesh supposed to be Indian or Pakistani? (I thought he was indian, but I don't remember if you actually say so...) Urdu is the language in Pakistan, in India it would be Hindi. games/scenes3_edit.rpy 3580

thanks, fixed all those 3, the doesn't lead to an event because nobody is jealous. That was the jealousy scene, but if you don't have high relationship with another character won't play. You get it only with Dominic/Max playing as Anne, and Isabella/Sally playing as Max though.

About the last one, will let the writer take care about it

Finally finished it... Very enjoyable, thank you to everyone who worked on it.

Shame there's no 'happy ever after' ending though, even at 100%... :(

Got to admit the ending with Loren was downbeat too (Karen's ending is fine though, which is why I always choose her).

I hope there's a happier ending to Seasons of the Wolf, I don't think I could take any more heartbreak...

Playing again as Anne. Did not do Prof. Tasque's "Prisoner Dilemma Assignment". Still Roxanne shows up when Anne is shopping for Valentine. game/scenes2_edit.rpy 1521

edit: The "h" key does not work for some reason. Tryed in several events in 2nd quarter

edit2: Though during spring break "h" works...

Well, you didn't even say WHO you played as!!! there are some happy, some sad and some bittersweet endings, depending on who you play as.

Argh I just uploaded 0.8.5!! :( Thanks will check it now.

When playing back Spring Break as Anna with Max, Max is doubled. One is him shirtless & one not. And the name that should be saying Anna is saying Max. Before the sequence it says 'i_main' not found, I think.
jack1974
That shouldn't happen on the new version, if you can please check it :) You mean after the volleyball match, or in another point?
Xanom.
Working through intro as Max (demo version), got +5 with Anne and Sally, spoke to Iz in cafeteria, saved, chose tasks for week.

She's supposed to. If you notice, she's asking vaguely about the extra credit assignment, then scoffs at Anne (or Max) for not following up on it.

I did edit the first scene a little bit to make it clearer that she's talking about the prisoner dilemma even though you aren't in it. But yeah, when Tasque first introduces the Dilemma, he does it in the scene introduction, before the choice to skip. He just introduces it as an extra-credit assignment with no additional information.
MrEnvy8
Maybe I was wrong :-( At least with Sally I get Stat ++

Urdu is also spoken in India and is officially recognized in several states there. Mostly in the north near Pakistan, which seems like a sensible region to speak it in.

Ahh damn, my fault, added a one line for study and forgot the %% rule. Will fix it now
jack1974
I fixed the %% bug but didn't update the version number since was a superquick fix :)

Okay, the newest patch fixed the problem where I couldn't see the gallery pictures with Isabella and Anne's CG's.

However, if you go from the Main page to the gallery, or from the Gallery to one of the Isabella CG's, it still shows in the upper left corner in red letters:

Image 'i_main' not found

Oh, and as for what some may see as a sad ending, I would like to point out that as it is college, the majority of relationships do tend to end with graduation, so this isn't a problem to me ;)
jack1974
Thanks will check what is that i_main bug :)

Regarding the sad ending I agree, Maelora was talking specifically that most recent GxG have sad/bittersweet ending and he/she is right, I totally didn't realize it  Continued the discussion here: http://www.winterwolves.net/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3237

I can try and get a screen capture of the bug to show what it looks like.. However, sorry it isn't something I can send you a save file as it only appears (at least for me) when I transition from the Main Menu to the Gallery, or the Gallery to an unlocked scene.
jack1974
Np, I found the problem already, thanks for spotting it :)

Hope not to get on your bad side, but found one more thing you may wish to check into.

If you click on one of the revealed CG's (for me it is the Isabella ones. I tried both after closing the game)), and the go back to the Main Menu, everything seems fine. If you go back into the Gallery Screen once more, the week blue bars are still on the Gallery screen. Um, if that doesn't make sense, I can also screen capture that as well.

I really seem to find some of these weird bugs at times *thinks of the Spirited Heart one*

That message keeps showing up whenever I get to the scheduler part of the game. When I ignore it, I can't pick my schedule.

Uhm yes can you send a screencap, I tried here and seems to work fine!

suburbantimewaster : Try to redownload the .zip, seems like you are playing version 0.8.2 with 0.8.5 code, and that is not possible! (maybe you tried to use the webupdater?)
Miakoda
Alright, found the problem feature. If you happen to right mouse click out of the CG, it sends you back to the Main Menu. Then, going to the Gallery once more leaves the Blue Schedule Box.

If you let the CG scene run normally to the end, it works properly. If one happens to right mouse click out of it, then go back to gallery, that's when it appears.
